Aloe vera oil, you can prefer that when you can't find the fresh Aloe vera Plant.It shows itself's effect so long time and you can find the oil easily,so when you compare with the other Aloe vera products,the Aloe vera oil is better.The Aloe vera oil produces from Aloe vera gel and base oil.The oil has many benefits so you can use it almost everywhere,also you can mix it with some of oils too. 

P.S : Surely you can use some gel too,but you need to check the gel,because it has to be at least %95 with aloe vera.Also you can get the Aloe vera plant and care with it at your home,but when you want to use you have to choose some fresh leaf,cut it and take the gel from inside.Also you can keep the gel in the fridge but if you use that fresh,it will be more good.
